Anything Goes at In the Pink

Good morning my lovely crafty friends.
Hope you are having a good week so far.

Mine has been a week of sorting out problems and replacing broken things - it started with the DVD player which wasn't as simple as it seems to replace as that was part of a surround sound cinema system that is no longer in stock so we had to buy a new DVD player and separate sound system - then the fence came down at the side of the house on Sunday and on Monday the microwave gave up the ghost!!!

However, one piece of good news is I managed to get hold of Pie Face for Oliver - he was so disappointed at Christmas when Santa had run out and we had so much fun playing with it at the weekend

Although Oliver didn't want to get 'pied' himself he loved watching everyone else get splatted lol!!!

Anyway the real reason I'm here is to share my DT make for the new challenge over at

and this fortnight we have made it nice and simples to ease you in to the New Year with the theme of

as long as it's PINK

My card is for a special person who is going through a bit of a tough time at the moment and I thought this sentiment would be just perfect:
Card Ingredients:
Sentiment: From The Dreamees 'Designer Collection'
Butterfly Dies: Spellbinders Sapphire 'Birds and Butterflies'
Crafter's Companion 'Vintage Rose' Embossing Folder
Victorian Velvet Distress Ink

Our sponsor this week is the wonderful
offering 1 lucky winner a bundle very similar to this gorgeous lot

Thanks for calling by.
Have a fabulous day.

Sounds like an expensive week, but at least you've had your three pieces of bad luck now!

Oh Debs! What a week, it can only get better! My boys would have loved Pie Face when they were little - mind you, they would probably give it go now as well! Your card is beautiful. I love the gorgeous elements you have put together and I am very taken with that lovely sentiment - such a thoughtful card Debs.

Hi Debs - is it too late to say happy new year. i'm slowly on a mission to improve my blogging and crafting time this year, last year was a bit of a disaster - so far so good. Thank you so much for the lovely card too - again my cards for Christmas also disappeared last year!! Had a bit of a broken week myself - my Grand Calibur gave up the ghost so i'm on a mission for a cut n boss! I love your pretty card a really lovely design - I have that lovely embossing folder - can't use it without the A4 machine but have it(!) hugs Judith
