Autumnal Birthday

Good afternoon. Today I would like to share my card I have made for one of my sons to give to his dad for his birthday next week so I thought I would keep with the season and go 'Autumnal' especially as Liz over at Pink Petticoat has just released some gorgeous new Autumn inpsired papers - you can see them here

So here's my card:

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
LOTV - Autumn
Create 4 Fun - Fab Sketch
Charisma Cardz - Autumn Colours
Stamp Something - Something to Celebrate

A quick update for those that have asked how I got on at the Specialists last night - basically I have 3 abnormal discs in my lower back - 1 being very abnormal and bulging at the side. Thankfully none are compressing nerves. The next step is to follow a 6 week pain management programme and then I probably will need to have a discetomy (not looking forward to that as they inject what they think is the offending disc with a needle to recreate the pain!!!) and there is a possibility that I might need an operation if things don't improve over the next few weeks - I am really keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't come to that. Thanks to all of you that have sent me best wishes - I really do appreciate them.

Thanks also for taking the time to pop over, please let me know you/e been so I can come and say hello to you too.

DOH - have just emailed you asking how you got on and here it is on your post! I do feel for you, I really hope it doesn't resort to an op, but the injection would certainly make me cringe. Keep those fingers crossed hun that the pain management works. Are you still off work? Gorgeous card by the way - I love that LOV stamp. Hugs, Claire x

This is such a gorgeous image Debs and a super card. Someone kindly stamped me some last week and I really must use them.

Take care and don't do too much. My physio always says "listen to your body, there's no right and wrong thing to do".
