Good morning - this is my second post for today - please scroll down to see my DT project for Allsorts thank you.
This week over at OSCC Carrie has challeneged us to make our own Design Papers.
I thought that would be the perfect opportunity to use my new Penny Black stamps again. Here I
have keep it simply with the focus on the image and gorgeous ribbon. I statred by punching the open edge of the card using a Martha Stewart floral border punch. I then stamped the Penny Black Letter Background 1999L using Dusty Concorde distress ink - covering about 2/3 of the card front and then I distressed the edge usingthe same ink. The image is Penny Black Letters & Flowers 4035K stamped with Dusty Concorde - the edges have been distressed and then inked and mat & layered onto co-ordinating Bazzill cardstock and silver mirror board. Ribbon is from a local cake making shop and finished with a rosehead from Wild Orchid Crafts. A few adhesive pearls and it's finished.
Please do pop over to the challenge blog and take at look at the rest of the super talented DT work.
Hope you are abloe to find the time to join us this week.
Have a wonderful day - be careful in the sun.
