Going Round in Circles

Hi again - as I said I have been up bright & early this morning - what's with that - it is half-term after all lol!!!!
Might have something to do with Pickle-Lily cat tapping me on the head at 5.00am and I am as soft as muck so just have to get up to see what she wants!!

Anyways it does allow me some quiet time to play. This time I would like to share my card I have made for the following challenges:

Charisma Cardz - Circles
Simon Says - Pink or Blue with Green & Brown
Colour Create - Soft Green & Aqua with Butterflies
Just Magnolia - Hot & Spicy

I have used another gorgeous Tilda image I received from a friend for my birthday and coloured her with Crushed Olive distress ink and PM's for the skin & hair. A sprinkling of Glamour dust for her wings and wand. The gorgeous DP's are Kaisercraft. I use my circle nesties and then attached them with some eyelets and a large Gromlet - I think they are Making Memories.
Butterflies- Martha Stewart Punch and a few Hobby House adhesive pearls.
Ribbon from stash.

Sun is shining this morning - hope it lasts!
Today we have to completely empty our lounge ready for some real wood flooring to be laid tomorrow and the rest of the week. Think I shall just have to keep safe and out of the way in my little craft space - not that sounds like a plan lol!!!
Have a wonderful day - whatever you are doing.
Thnaks for popping by.

Let's Party Like it's Our Birthday!!

This is a sticky post - please scroll down for newer posts - thank you.
We are so excited over at Allsorts this week as we have reason to celebrate big time because it's our Birthday...........................

We have lots of special things planned and really hope you will all join in........after all, without all your fantastic support throughout the year we could not have achieved such a wonderful following and become firmly established as a popular challenge blog and according to Wikipedia's recent listing second on the can check it out here:

And we also want to say a huge thank you to all our sponsors, because you all play such an important part in offering our winners such super prizes every week.

So what do we have lined up for you ? A Blog Hop as well as as the weekly challenge. First of all the challenge which is as you might expect the theme:

A first and second challenge prize this week, the first for this week's lucky winner as well as the one for the correct Blog Hop answer has been donated by Sir Stampalot who were our very first sponsors and have continued to support us throughout the past year.
The rather special prize on offer from them is a Heritage Glimmer Mist Kit.

And the second fabulous prize is donated by another of our regular sponsors DigiStamp Boutique
They are offering the lucky winner four images a month for six months, wow how fantastic is that. Sally-Ann has some wonderful images and says "We offer a range of simple and trendy digital image stamps for all your card-making projects". So the winner will be able to go select their images and keep right up to date with the new images as they become available.

Sir Stampalot have a spacious shop in Peterborough and also run an on-line store where speed of delivery is second to none. They stock products from all the major craft companies including a huge selection of Penny Black stamps which brings me on nicely to the next piece of news.............
............we are thrilled to announce that Penny Black.......yes that US company who produce some of the most wonderful stamps........are providing some of their super stamps as the prize for one of the blog hop stops that just happens to be their very own blog and where our guest DT for May, Elizabeth who we introduced last week, displays some of her wonderful artwork. You can sign up at Penny Black website to be one of the first to hear about their new products and news.

So on to our blog hop, I'll try and keep it simple. You'll get two clues to start you off, then you need to visit each of the DT blogs listed, leave each one a comment, collect a letter from each of their will have ten in total, arrange them into three words and mail your answer to . Each DT will tell you where you should have arrived from and where you need to go next, but if you get lost just pop back to the main blog where everyone is listed.

There will be a prize of a set of Penny Black stamps for the winner selected by Random Org., from all the correct answers received which is also being kindly provided by Sir Stampalot.
In addition a winner will be selected by the same method from those leaving comments at each blog along the hop, those prizes are being donated by the DT members themselves.

I am offering one lucky winner a lovely fairy on tiptoes from LOTV, Papermania Honey & Hugs clear stamp set, some Wild Orchid Flowers, Posh Pins, Hobby House adhesive pearls and Ice Stickles.
